Good hotel for couples and families
This is a great hotel for couples or families. There are lots of facilities and very close to the station and Dotonburi area. It's nestled in a quiet alley, which made it a perfect place to rest after a busy day. Breakfast had many options and catered to vegetarians. Cafe is open during the day with delicious treats.

Excellent location and great choice when travelling with kids
Location was excellent. Room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a bed for everyone - hard to find when travelling with a family in Japan.
Very minor issues - Litter was collected daily from the room (and the room fully serviced every other day) but the dirty mugs/glasses weren't removed or swapped for clean ones which was annoying. There were 2 bins in the room, neither of which had a large enough opening to put anything into them. I presume one was for waste and the other for recycling but they were not clearly labelled.

Would recommend this hotel if it’s the area you want to be in. Compact room, but comfortable and functional.
Great location, very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Room had everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children age 11 and 12). Bed was most comfortable of our whole trip.
Nothing we didn’t like.
